Puzzles, greetings, player and group names in the friends mode are created by players themselves. A word list and an AI check filter out offensive content, but there is no full review before publication. We remove illegal or offensive content as soon as we become aware of it. Report a puzzle or a player directly in the game with "Report" or write to hello@happicon.app with the link to the puzzle and a short reason.
We create the content of these pages with care but cannot guarantee that it is correct, complete and up to date. For content posted by players, we are liable under the statutory provisions only once we know of an infringement (Art. 6 DSA). The operators of external websites we link to are solely responsible for their content; no illegal content was apparent when we set the links. If we become aware of infringements, we remove the content or links concerned without delay.
Movie and song titles are used in Happicon only as answers to puzzles. The rights to titles, names and trademarks belong to their owners. Happicon is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
